Shipping Policy
Order Processing Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
UK Shipping We ship across the United Kingdom using Royal Mail and/or courier services. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Standard (Tracked): 2-3 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Free UK Shipping We offer free standard shipping on UK orders over £30.
International Shipping We currently are not shipping to international destinations or the EU.
Order Tracking Where a tracked service is used, you'll receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [your email] and we'll do our best to help. Please allow an extra 5 business days before reporting a parcel as lost, as delays can occasionally occur with postal services.
Undeliverable Parcels If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage charges may apply.
