Goods can only be shipped to the address specified at the point of order.

We cannot amend or cancel orders that have been packed and dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International Tracked - Up to 250g = £11.70​
250g - 500g = £14.25
500g-1kg = £16.50

Shipping will be calculated at the checkout.

You will then receive another invoice to cover 10% Tariff duties due, which must be paid before I can ship your order.

​Orders will then be shipped 'Delivered Duties Paid' with all tariffs paid in advance so that your order goes through customs with no additional fees and hopefully a lot quicker!

If you would like to order ONE slow stitch kit or up to two embroidery or cross stitch kits (those that come without hoops), it will be possible to send your order out via International Standard Delivery.

Delivery Costs: Up to 100g – £4.75 Up to 250g – £7.50

These orders are sent Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), so there will be no additional customs charges.

RETURNS
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact: karen@yourcreativeside.co.uk.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.

All goods returned to us should be returned in the original packaging and protected against postal damage.

Failure to comply with this request or goods received back to us damaged through poor or inappropriate packaging, may only be subject to a partial refund

All returns must be received within 28 days of receipt.

You are responsible for paying all postage and packaging costs for returning non-faulty items.
